The IT Infrastructure Engineer will support the IT Infrastructure technology required to start-up the Cell Therapy Facility for BMS in Leiden.
Besides in-depth knowledge and experience with IT Infrastructure, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong can-do attitude, flexibility, helicopter view and must be savvy working with both technology and business partners across the international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the Infrastructure support for digital plant IT systems.
- Support the network infrastructure.
- Perform change activities to ensure appropriate system content / structure.
- Active Directory Domain Management, User management.
- Proactively investigate, design, configure and test solutions to a variety of technical problems.
- Develop procedures and work instructions to support the operational activities of the shared services team
- Provide on-call support for the site digital plant systems along with other team members
- Work closely with global teams to ensure cross-site alignment on digital plant systems
- Engage with non-automation IT partners (IT hosting and user experience partners) ensuring the highest level of general IT support and delivery is maintained for the site.
- Responsible to install Zebra Printers, Scanners , HMI .
Sponsor and Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
- Experience in information technology (IT) / automation systems with a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including network architecture, resilience, cyber security, storage technology, databases, and hosting concepts
- Knowledge of process automation system is beneficial
- Core competencies include, communication skills, problem-solving, flexibility to react to changing business needs, ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to self-development
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams
- Installation and maintenance of the Hardware like label Printers, Scanners, and IT peripherals
- Knowledge of Basic Network, Desktop installation and support.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB.
