An emerging start-up within the Quantum Computing space is looking to grow their Hamburg based software team. This role suits a talented engineer with a passion for cutting edge tech and a curious mind willing to explore one of the most exciting new frontiers of the digital era

About the company

The company has received both private and government funding and is looking to scale rapidly over the next 18 months, establishing themselves as a leader within the space.

They already have established processes and systems and are flexible in terms of days in the office.

What's the Challenge?

• Design, develop and test complex and commercial quality software
• Collaborate with other senior team members, physicists and designers
• Take ownership of new feature development
• Guide a small team of engineers be able to mentor and develop junior staff
• Ensure that CS best practices are upheld throughout

About You:

• Commercially experienced with at least 2 of Python, C / C++ or Golang
• Holds a Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or a similar field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in software engineering
• Has an in depth understanding of Git
• Able to communicate both technical and non-technical issues at a very high level
