Tasks Conducting research and development activities in the field of electrocatalysis. Design and test new electrocatalyst materials, processes and systems.

Analyze data and interpret results to make recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to develop new technologies.

Conduct experiments and simulations to evaluate the effectiveness of different electrocatalysts. Develop and maintain research facilities and equipment.

Write technical reports and give presentations to communicate research findings. Participate in grant writing and project proposal development.

Profile Advanced degree in electrochemistry, chemical engineering and technology, machinery, manufacturing, energy storage.

PhD preferred. 3+ years of experience in research and development in electrocatalysis. Strong understanding of electrocatalysis principles and electrochemical processes.

Ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results. Proficiency in scientific software, data analysis and programming languages.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of grant and project proposal writing. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Excellent communication skill and a good team player. Energetic and self-motivated. Willing to work with flexible schedule in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
