Due to our continued success, we want to grow our Talent Scout team across all our practice area.
- You will be responsible for delivering on assignments from our clients, finding them the best talent.
- You will be given a vertical and market to focus on, allowing you to become a true specialist.

As part of a successful team, you will help nurture and grow your vertical market from a candidate perspective.
You will become fully immersed in your market, able to hunt the best talent and offer brilliant advice and insight.

Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Developing and nurturing candidate relationships
- Organise and direct headhunting activity
- Be a role model for the business and your team
- Produce brilliant written marketing content
- Be approachable and encourage collaborative learning, and also working
Remuneration and benefits include :
- £25,000 to £45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
- Up to 40% commission paid monthly with no threshold
- Quarterly on target and exceed bonuses
- Anual on target and exceed bonus
