Senior / Principle Talent Scout

  • You will be responsible for delivering on assignments from our clients, finding them the best talent.
  • You will be given a vertical and market to focus on, allowing you to become a true specialist.

The opportunity 

As part of a successful team, you will help nurture and grow your vertical market from a candidate perspective.

You will become fully immersed in your market, able to hunt the best talent and offer brilliant advice and insight.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

  • Developing and nurturing candidate relationships
  • Organise and direct headhunting activity
  • Be a role model for the business and your team
  • Produce brilliant written marketing content
  • Be approachable and encourage collaborative learning, and also working

Remuneration and benefits include :

  • £25,000 to £45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Up to 40% commission paid monthly with no threshold
  • Quarterly on target and exceed bonuses
  • Anual on target and exceed bonus
