Valued over $2bn with $300m+ in funding this business has grown to 680 employees (up from 350 18 months ago) with 300+ in Europe & 50 in the UK.

We are looking for a Leader of the Technical Account Management team in EMEA.

This role will mentor, coach & lead a team of TAMs, they are true partners to the customers & consult, educate and support customers of all sizes in the implementation of the platform.

You'll guide the team to take the lead in designing technical solutions, solving issues, educating and enabling customers, as well as helping foster long-lasting relationships.

Essentially you will be there to help inspire, coach & guide the team to achieve their goals.

You might be a fit if you have experience :

  • Directly managing a team of TAM's, SE's, SA's or service teams (1st or 2nd line)
  • Supporting ongoing team growth and team member career development
  • A background in a similar role yourself, a customer-facing role with technical aspects
  • An engineering background centered around web dev tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience working for fast-growing SaaS companies
