Your impact :

  • You oversee the experience strategy work on an account with 13+ Million € yearly revenue. You work closely with the delivery lead, the client partner, and the engineering lead to find the best way forward together.
  • You act as an advisor to VP+ stakeholders on client side. That requires you to think on your feet, learn as you go, and share ideas enthusiastically and assertively.
  • You also know how to push back and stand your ground because sometimes the answer is no’. And when you say it, no one takes it personally.
  • You understand silos, but also how to transcend silos. You can rally people behind a greater goal, even if their bonus is tied to a smaller goal.
  • You consider the account and its people as your responsibility, even when it’s shared responsibility. You initiate improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
