We are now looking for our new Senior Legal Counsel - Product & Regulatory.

Reporting to our Head of Legal, you will join the Legal team.

What you will do:

  • Management, negotiation and drafting of contracts for all aspects of Lydias activity: strategic partnerships agreements, suppliers agreements.
  • Ensure that all our products are properly framed from a legal point of view, especially regarding our regulatory obligations (banking & financial law).
  • Provide legal guidance and develop solutions to product development and expansion.
  • Work closely with all the other stakeholders (product teams, marketing teams, customer care, compliance) in order to become a business partner.
  • Build processes with other teams (creating templates, providing guidelines, reports etc.) in order to facilitate legal compliance within Lydia.
  • Manage the relationship with law firms to deliver the best possible advice to the different stakeholders internally.

You are in the right place if:

  • You have a significant experience within a financial and regulated environment (with a preference for fintech experience)
  • You have a strong knowledge of banking and financial Law
  • You adopt a pragmatic approach and act as a true business partner
