Role Overview :
As an experienced key developer on our core development team, you will play a pivotal role in building robust, scalable wireless solutions using Rust.
- You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovation.
- Your primary focus will be on extending our protocol stack for various wireless protocols such as BLE, LoRa, and UWB, as well as specific embedded solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and test high-performance, scalable, and reliable wireless network components in Rust.
- Adapt solutions for specific embedded systems.
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional scrum team.
- Develop debugging solutions and highly automated tests for our wireless systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in wireless IoT solutions to continuously improve our platform.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of development experience with embedded wireless solutions, including at least 2 years working with Rust.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting wireless IoT systems for protocols like BLE, LoRa, UWB, and 5G NB-IoT.
- Extensive experience with embedded platforms such as the nRF52 and nRF53 series.
- Knowledge of concurrency, parallelism, and asynchronous programming in Rust.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Located in Europe, with willingness to work in Germany as an employee (remote work possible, including cross-border commuting).
