Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a varied caseload of corporate transactions, from inception through to completion.
- Provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice that adds value to clients.

Key Requirements :
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 6-8 years PQE in a Corporate team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent commercial judgment.
- Proven experience managing complex corporate transactions, including due diligence and disclosure processes.
- A proactive attitude with a keen interest in business development initiatives.
