Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a varied caseload of corporate transactions, from inception through to completion.
  • Provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice that adds value to clients.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, becoming a partner in their long-term success.
  • Champion the firm’s culture and values, setting an example for junior colleagues.
  • Stay informed of relevant legal and business developments, contributing to the team’s thought leadership.

Key Requirements :

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • 6-8 years PQE in a Corporate team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent commercial judgment.
  • Proven experience managing complex corporate transactions, including due diligence and disclosure processes.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen interest in business development initiatives.
