(Senior) Content Marketing Manager (m/f)

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at LeanIX, you are the key responsible for bringing content marketing at LeanIX to the next level.

You will take ownership of our content production and, together with the team, develop content pieces that prospects and clients love. Content takes a central role in our demand generation strategy. Your job is to make sure that buyers get the right content at the right time. In order to do this, you will own the whole content process. You will excel in this role if you have love for high quality IT/ tech content and are strong in expressing complex topics verbally and visually. You should have the strong desire to work in an agile and growth-oriented environment.


  • Minimum three years working experience in content-driven technology marketing for B2B or IT/tech focused editorial work
  • Experience creating content for the web across several disciplines (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogging, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, etc.)
  • Good sense for high-quality content pieces in terms of IT subject matters, structure and design
  • Efficient at collecting and evaluating information
  • Highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Excellent English & German language skills.
  • Desire to work in an agile startup environment, where things move fast
