We are expanding our Insurance Team and would like you to join as a (Senior) Consultant (all genders) Sales Solutions Insurance / Cross Industries).
Your tasks:
- Provide strategic management advise to our customers on the transformation of their sales organizations
- Help our insurance customers to transform and digitalize their business with focus on omnichannel solutions, reorganization of sales and marketing organizations, sales systems, compensation systems, sales processes
- Analysis of our customers' business requirements and lead project implementation in interdisciplinary teams
- Work with classic and agile project methods (like Design Thinking, SCRUM etc.)
- Build your own network and identify potentials in sales management topics
- You take initiative and be part of the active development and marketing of our service portfolio
Your profile:
Professional experience in a consultancy, or an insurance company, in bancassurance sector, an InsurTech or FinTech start-up Several years' experience in project management with focus on Omnichannel Sales and Customer Centric Solutions
- A successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, marketing, insurance, or a comparable course of study
- Analytical and conceptual skills and general understanding of the feasibility of technical requirements
- Business fluent in German and English
