Description
A Senior ATE Test Engineer with a proven background involving ATE within a Semiconductor environment will join the Global Team of a thriving Technology Company revolutionizing the electronics industry.
Reporting to the Test Development Manager, the successful Senior Test Engineer will develop test plans, design ATE board-level hardware, debug complex software as well as creating reliable production test program solutions.
Key Requirements for the Senior ATE Test Engineer include :
- A minimum of a good Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years working in Product Test Engineering within a Semiconductor environment.
- ATE expertise (V93K / Teradyne).
- Proficiency in C++ or equivalent programming and strong Scripting skills using Python or PERL.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills as well as excellent documentation skills.

Knowledge of High-Speed SERDES testing would be a distinct advantage.
