About The Job

Join us as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLM) and play a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven design automation.

You will :

• Lead the development of new generative AI features, tackling complex problems in design automation.
• Work in a small, dynamic team, fostering maximum autonomy and rapid innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business needs and tailor AI solutions that meet these needs.
• Optimize AI models and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and techniques, continuously driving innovation.

About You:

• Holding a Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possessing similar practical experience.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in Python, with a strong foundation in machine learning principles.
• Proficient in modern AI frameworks and libraries, notably PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Experienced with foundational Large Language Models (LLMs) APIs in production environments.
• Skilled in deploying machine learning solutions to production.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Its an advantage if you are proficient in C++ or Julia for research and production purposes.
• Additional advantage for experience in ML Ops and deployment across various cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
