We are now looking for a Senior AI Engineer willing to accept new challenges in Closer team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Gen AI models (OpenAI, Mistral, etc.) and embedding algorithms to build an efficient and scalable RAG pipeline.
- Lead the development and architecture of our RAG pipeline and AI platform’s backend, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Work closely with our small, agile team to implement AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure .
- Ensure seamless integration with our AI call agent platform.
- Manage telephony integrations using Twilio or VoxImplant for smooth customer interactions.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our platform, focusing on performance and scalability.
Main requirements:
- Proven expertise in RAG and Gen AI development , with a strong background in microservices architecture and Azure cloud platforms .
- Gen AI & RAG : OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Azure AI Search, LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ragflow, etc.
- Azure Cloud Services : Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, etc.
- Programming Languages : Python, C#.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience in designing scalable AI pipelines.
