Your Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the expansion of a strategic territory as part of the B2B sales team
  • Be the central contact person for your customers, this includes consulting, contract management and conduct negotiations
  • Build trusting customer relationships and support our customers in successfully developing and deepening their long-term tech talent strategy
  • Train and develop Junior Account Executives in conducting cold calling and close new customers
  • Provide valuable input for the realization of new distribution channels - your interest in building interpersonal relationships and your interest in the tech industry will help you to do so

Your Skill Set:

  • 2+ years work experience in B2B Sales, ideally within the recruiting industry
  • Ambition and motivation to further grow our business while working in a dynamic team
  • Excellent customer and goal orientation and strong communication skills
  • You enjoy building interpersonal relationships
  • Business fluent German and English skills
