    Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the trendiest places in each city and delivering their products in less than 45 mins. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both local stores and with big bigger brands to fuel growth.
    Glovo uses the Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and automate partner operations processes. As a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, you will be a key member in the Salesforce team designing, developing and implementing solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will work closely with many stakeholders across Glovo.

    Be a part of a team where you will:

    • Help to design the future of Salesforce at Glovo by implementing new features, tools and technologies.
    • Lead several projects simultaneously, gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, and be the Salesforce subject matter expert.
    • Deliver end-to-end projects from discovery to go live, including regular hands-on configuration and build, QA, UAT documentation and training materials.
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce via declarative tools, including lightning flow, process builder, reports, dashboards, etc.
    • Design and improve the Salesforce platform including the data model and functionality.
    • Provide advice, internal consultancy and insights on how to improve business processes in Salesforce.
    • Where point and click is not enough, communicate with developers to design programmatic solutions. Validate their solutions not only before development, but as well as performing QA when required to ensure that they meet business needs.
    • Be a data quality champion, ensuring a clean and consistent database at all times. Taking part in database clean-ups including data migrations and mass updates.
    • Manage project delivery timelines to ensure company OKR achievement.
    • Help with user support and troubleshooting bugs.
    • Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
    • Share best practices and Salesforce knowledge with the rest of the team.

    You have:

    • Proven experience in Salesforce project implementations.
    • Proven experience configuring Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud, ideally Salesforce certified.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to grasp concepts quickly and work in a high-paced environment.
    • Strong MS Excel skills.
    • Experience with Data Migration and data cleaning.
    • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify issues/opportunities, recommend solutions and develop methodologies.
    • Must be hands-on, work well both independently on projects and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technology.
    • Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements.
    • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
    • The knowledge on how to automate business processes with approvals, flows, process builders, and Lightning Components.
    • A strong sense of ownership and a strive for continuous improvement.
    • Working-proficiency level of English (Spanish is a strong plus).
