As a Sales Specialist, you will be a part of the change by spreading the news about No Fluff Jobs in the Netherlands, interacting with IT employers and convincing them that transparent recruitment is key to their success.
Salary range : EUR net base on a B2B contract + results-based bonus up to 50% of the base
What will you be responsible for :
- Acquiring new B2B clients through cold calls and cold mailing on the Dutch market
- Gain testing customers
- Growth of No Fluff Jobs products' sales according to set targets
- Long-term relationship building with clients and after-sales service
- Negotiating the terms of cooperation
- Reporting on progress using a CRM tool
- Optionally - client meetings
What you need to succeed in this role :
- Native level of Dutch
- At least B2 English level
- Prior experience in B2B sales
- Readiness for phone contact
- Prior experience of working with KPIs
- Experience in finalizing sales
- Entrepreneurial, start-up mindset
Nice to have :
HR or IT sector experience (eg online tool, software house background)
