Shadow is the game-changing esports analytics platform relied on by the world’s best teams in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Dota 2. We are looking for a Sales Representative to help us put our products in the hands of even more of the world’s best esports teams and broadcasters, and support those clients with hands-on customer service and relationships management.

Your responsibilities:
Working closely with our Product Managers, you will:
-Identify new sales leads, make contact, and pitch Shadow, including creating and delivering presentations and pitch decks, as well as full product demonstrations
-Close deals, seeing every sales lead through to resolution
-Build a strong network of relationships with decision-makers within top esports teams around the world
-Manage Shadow’s worldwide sales pipeline, including maintaining our customer database and tracking sales activities
-Manage contract signings, renewals, and expiries
-Monitor and report on sales-related key performance indicators
-Travel to the highest level esports events across the world to meet with and sell to the top esports teams

Your profile:
-Experience selling products, especially SAAS
-A “people person” with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organization and problem-solving skills and strong creativity
-Driven, eager, and passionate about learning and personal growth
-Entrepreneurial mindset
-Close familiarity with tier 1 esports titles such as Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and Dota 2- existing networks and relationships within these spaces is a significant plus
-Comfortable travelling many weekends a year across North America and Europe
