Job Title : Sales Representative (Contract) SaaS Data Compliance Platform

Our cutting-edge SaaS platform helps SMEs assess, optimize, and demonstrate compliance with data regulations in a transparent and cost-effective way.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive adoption of our SaaS solution across the UK market.
This is a contract-based, commission-only role, offering strong self-determined earning potential and the flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our data compliance platform, tailored to address their unique needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies and optimize product offerings based on client feedback.
Ideal Candidate :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of data compliance, GDPR, and HR-related services such as performance reviews and surveys (preferred but not essential).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry is a plus.
