Starting in a start-up that is already achieving results sounds like music to your ears, right? Five Finance was established in 2018 and is a subsidiary brand of Ambitious People Group.
After having achieved success in several cities in different countries, we are coming to Amsterdam! The team will start in June, together with your new colleagues you will make a name for Five Finance Amsterdam.
You start with us in a traineeship. In this traineeship, you will receive intensive 'on-the-job training'. Together with your manager, you will set realistic goals.
By working hard you will achieve this as quickly as possible. In this role, as a consultant, you are in fact your own business. You take on the recruitment, process and account management.
As a true link, you ensure that there is a correct match between candidate and customer. Without you, a lot of people won't be in the right job!
During the first two weeks you will mainly be involved in following training courses and doing market research. At that moment you will already be a lot more firmly in your shoes, ready to expand your network.
The candidates come to you because of the nice vacancies that you are going to write. You will qualify them by actively listening and analyzing what your interlocutors are really looking for.
You will do customer acquisition on the basis of cold calling and maintain customer relationships like a true professional.
You are :

- Good in Dutch in word and writing (and English)
- willing to move to Amsterdam or you already live here
- Ambitious and want to move up quickly

Profile
When you start with us you will work closely with your manager Bodil Boers. Like you, she also started a traineeship seven years ago.
Because she has been in your shoes, she knows exactly what works and what doesn't. She will guide you into a true professional.
She believes in the combination of hard work, good guidance and fun.
That fun is important is apparent from the stock cupboard that is full of champagne. When you start there is already a bottle of cold.
As soon as you make your first deal, the music turns on and the champagne glasses come out. In addition, we de-stress on Friday with a beer and we have several fun events throughout the year.
