  • Consulting of customers and partners by telephone and answering written enquiries
  • Preparing and processing of offers and contracts
  • Supporting existing customers and partners
  • Organising customer and partner visits, supporting the sales and partner managers
  • Pre- and post-processing of customer and partner visits
  • Follow-up on existing contracts Supporting marketing activities
  • Maintenance of the CRM tool

You enjoy communicating with people, work in a customer- and team-oriented manner and have organisational skills

You have completed your basic education in the commercial field (commercial school or comparable training) and already have some experience in the sales support (preferably ICT services).

Very good user skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Fluent in German and English, both in writing and speaking, knowledge of French is a plus

You work independently, reliably and handle confidential data and information discreetly.
