What We’re Looking For?
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Modena, Italy . This extracurricular internship is the perfect opportunity for curious and ambitious individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within an innovative and fast-paced fintech environment .
This role requires fluency in English (C2 level) , as you will be working with international clients and partners on a daily basis. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential for success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Support the sales team with administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Prepare reports on sales calls and meetings.
- Update and manage CRM data (HubSpot) , ensuring timely and accurate client information.
- Gather documentation for client follow-ups and outreach.
- Assist the marketing team with research, market investigations, and strategic analysis.
- Facilitate coordination between sales and marketing to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
What You Need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
- C2-level English proficiency – you will be actively communicating with international clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in marketing and sales operations within a fintech context.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills .

- Experience with CRM tools , especially HubSpot .
