About Us
ProntoPro.it is Italy’s largest local-service marketplace. In March 2015 we started out with 2 people and one mission: revolutionizing the local services marketplace in Italy. Since our foundation things went extremely well and we experienced rapid growth: Two years later we are more than 90 people in our Milan office and are outperforming our Italian competitors.
Now we are expanding our business into Austria and Switzerland and we are looking for brilliant people helping us dominate in those markets as well.
We are starting out at zero and want to develop a product used by millions!

Now we are searching for a Sales Manager who will manage and follow the work of the Sales Team Leader and who will sell the service of ProntoPro and conduct the teams perfectly in order to reach the expected revenue. In the end of the day he/she should be able to reflect on the achievements and strategies to assess the workflow – What worked and what should be improved?
YOUR ROLE
- You will manage the Sales Team of ProntoPro
- Every day you need to reflect on the outcomes of your work such as of your Team Leaders and their teams
- You will have a direct impact on the business of ProntoPro and you are asked to take it as your own business, which needs to be constantly checked, improved and presented
- You will work very close with your team members and coach them in daily meetings
- You will create new processes and you will be asked to draw the roadmap of the sales team
ABOUT YOU
- You are a Salesman – you know how to sell and you love it
- You have experience in team leading positions, preferably in the tele-selling area
- You are a German mother tongue (a good level of English is also required as we are an international team)
- You have excellent communication skills and are open minded
- You have at least 5 years of experience
