Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We offer an all-in-one platform for CRM, project management and invoicing, helping more than thousands of SMEs work smarter. We’re growing at rocket speed, and are enjoying every bit of this rollercoaster ride: in just 2 years, we opened 5 offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and Paris. Our ambition stretches far and beyond: we want to become Europe’s #1 in our industry. Today, our team consists of 170+ people and is still growing strong.
Scale-up, you say? Yes, we are already playing with the big guys. We have the make-it-happen attitude of a startup but the resources and skills of a scale-up. Our team is packed with experts in their field, we have tried-and-tested playbooks to benefit from, and plenty of resources at your disposal.
To build our German market, we’re looking for a Sales Manager in our Berlin office located in the WeWork collaborative workspace at Kurfürstendamm amongst other cool start- and scaleup companies.
What an average work week looks like
You give hands-on, practical Teamleader demos via conference calls or in person that show off the true added value of Teamleader to quantified leads. Finding the right solution for a customer is what gets you going: you analyse their needs, tailor your demos accordingly, and present our tool in the best possible way. You get a real kick out of closing a deal: you make sure leads start using Teamleader like a pro to easily convert them into a customer. In addition, you’re best friends with our Customer Success team to ensure a proper hand-off and help get a new client up and running in no time.

- Have an entrepreneurial, hands-on spirit and commercial mindset
- Have a strong eye for all things digital and a strong affinity with cloud-based applications
- Take pride in your work: you’re an expert in showing businesses how to work smarter
- Take pleasure in of solving potential leads’ needs and closing deals
- Are fluent in German (native level) and English
- Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS context
- Nice plus: experience in working with CRM and/or ERP
