The role:

• Drive growth and build strategic partnerships, focusing on leasing and business development.
• Spearhead tenant acquisition, develop marketing strategies, and enhance their presence in the life sciences market.
• Report directly to the Executive Manager and collaborate closely with the senior management team.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients.

What you need?

• Proven leasing experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong business development skills and a network within the life sciences industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
