Job description As a Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the global Head of Sales and actively take part of the strong development of LittleBig Connection SaaS offer. Thanks to our innovative and strong SaaS platform, coupled with our Marketplace community, you will help procurement departments to structure and optimize their buying process and their relationship with consulting firms.
Your responsibility will be to
- Identify, prospect, sign, and open new SMB (Small & Medium Business) customer accounts.
- Build your own prospecting list of SMB accounts using various databases and growth tools
- Identify and establish relationships with Procurment, IT and Digital departments through prospecting and marketing leads
- Build and maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast, through consistent outbound activities, delivering quality discovery calls, physical meetings and zoom
- Deliver unique LittleBig Connection value propositions.
- Employ value-based conversations to arrive at a highly differentiated solution for unique audiences.
- Leverage Solution Selling techniques to drive the sales process and close opportunities through expert negotiation.
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver exceptional value and experiences to customers, including partnering with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in a business development position or as business manager in an IT services company (staffing agency, consulting firm, Saas company…)
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Interest for working in a digital/new technologies environment
- You want to evolve in a start-up/scale-up environment
- Strong experience and liking for B2B prospection and business development
- Strong communication in professional English is mandatory
- Intrapreneurial mindset is mandatory.
