We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a clear passion for building a high growth startup. The sales executives are responsible for selling the Matific value proposition to inbound and outbound leads in Spain, with primary focus on Asturias, Cantabria and Galicia.
The role will develop and manage a sales pipeline, while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed ambitious account acquisition and revenue goals. Over time, success in the role will open opportunities to take on more responsibility within Spain, or internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed quota Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Matific Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement Collaborative with our worldwide sales teams to develop best practices
Requirements 2 years' experience running a full sales cycle and closing business, with proven measurable results Strong consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience Fluent in Spanish and English. High-level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements High energy Motivated and driven to succeed
