Greenly opens a Graduate Program to train young engineers to join Greenlys Sales Development team to engage companies in their climate strategy.
For the first 6 months, you will join the Climate Strategy Engineer team to discover and roll out our different offers:
- Master your emissions : Carbon assessments, Life Cycle Analyses
- Contribute to Net Zero : Reduction strategy and roadmap, change management
- Engage your employees : Energy-Climat training program, Climate Fresk, etc.
- Engage your suppliers : Deploy Greenlys features to engage suppliers in their climate journey.
Concretely, you will :
- Realize clients carbon assessments : data collection & analysis, lead meetings, help clients to go through the platform, audit the output of our algorithm, etc.
- Propose action plans or even climate roadmap to help your clients meet their commitments
- Push to our customers our wonderful features : employees climate training, suppliers engagement, etc.
Quickly, you will be responsible for a pool of customers, and follow them through their long term climate strategy.
After this experience, you will become a Sales Engineer.
Concretely, you will :
- Convince new companies to run their climate strategy with Greenly
- Bring technical expertise to the rest of the sales team for one or several specific sectors (Industry, Digital, Logistics)
- Continue to work with your pool of clients with the help of newcomers in the Climate Strategy Engineer team.
To do so, you will use the skills you developed during your training, to handle the technical aspect of sales :
- Identify the pain points of the companies you talk to, and explain to them how we are going to manage their specificities.
- Give valuable information about climate change and how it affects your clients activities.
Think about the mission before it starts ! With your experience, talking to clients will enable you to identify how the mission could be rolled out : it will be a great help for your colleagues !
Required profile
You are the candidate we are looking for if you tick these boxes :
- Master degree in engineering or technical studies
- Young graduated or 1 / 2 years of experience
- You are strongly interested into climate-energy issues and willing to have a global impact
- You have a commercial sense and a good relational
- Motivated by learning and understanding carbon footprint's mechanics
- Ability to work autonomously with a good team spirit
- Analytic and problem-solving state-of-mind
- Fast learner to quickly build up expertise & skills
- Excel / Python / SQL or other database experience are appreciated
- Fluent in French and strong skills in English
- You feel at home in a start-up and fast-paced environment
