Frenetic is a startup dedicated to making electrification a reality. By using technologies such as artificial intelligence and online platforms, we try to speed up the process of developing power supplies and chargers, focusing on magnetics (transformers and inductors) which are the components that are bottlenecked these days.

About the job

We have been growing very fast in the past years (in industries like Electric Vehicles and Renewable Energies) but we need your help to keep on growing even faster!

Inside Business department there is a team of Sales Development Representatives doing market research, prospecting and generating leads from top companies all around the world.

We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) for the USA market (one of the key goals in our the Business Strategy!)

A person who gets up every day with the client in mind and with the idea of giving the best support to both those we already have working with us and those who we are trying to reach, to continue expanding Frenetic throughout the world.

You will be part of a real team-player company, who will give you all the necessary support to achieve your objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Looking for companies in USA for whom Frenetic can mean a big step in their technology
  • Prospecting the right people inside those companies
  • Contacting leads through calls and emails
  • Qualification of leads
  • CRM management and optimization
  • Closing qualified meetings for Account Executives

About you

  • Motivated and passionate for business
  • 1 year experience in business positions (sales, customer service )
  • Experience cold calling clients
  • Languages : Fluent English (C1) is essential (100% of the job will be in English), German, French and / or Italian are highly valued.
  • Interpersonal skills : business ability, ambition, proactivity, involvement and adaptability, results orientation and ability to manage relationships effectively.

Able to understand customer needs and offer the best technical solution.
