Role Overview
As an SDR / Account Executive, you will be the vanguard of our sales efforts, generating a robust pipeline and closing transformative deals.
Your mission : identify and engage high-potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Prem’s AI solutions can revolutionize their operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and qualify elite sales leads.
- Initiate and manage high-impact outbound communications (calls, emails, social media).
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct high-stakes meetings and product demos.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft targeted, high-conversion strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in HubSpot.
- Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Proven experience in startups, demonstrating agility and resilience.
- Enterprise sales experience, preferably in tech or AI.
- Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to succeed.
