    A SAAS startup company is looking for a for a talented and experienced Channel Sales Manager B2B to join their team in BARCELONA.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and develop channel program
    • Create a valid business planning, execute and adjust based on market changes
    • Coordinate all the actors in these leads: Partners, distributors, marketing, etc
    • Build a strong pipeline based on existing customers and new business creation
    • Maintain strong relationship with partners at all levels and recruit new resellers
    • Perform sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
    • Collaborate with partners, sales and internal marketing teams to develop and execute partner joint marketing and pipeline generating campaigns.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for ongoing improvement of our partner engagement strategy.
    • Report to the CEO directly

    Requisitos

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a SAAS B2B environment and in a sales position or sales management.

    • Proficient analytical and strategic planning skills to drive business planning.

    • Being proactive and have bussinness skills.

    • First hand experience in a high performance environment like startups.

    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Spanish bilingual with business fluent English.
