ShapeDiver is a software company developing a technology to enable 3D product configurators for online e-commerce platforms. We developed a cloud SaaS (Software as a Service) product, accessible through a monthly subscription. We also provide consultancy services to assist B2B customers and partners during the initial integration of our 3D technology.

At ShapeDiver, we believe that online technologies can help consumers get more involved in the products they buy. We want to change a system that limits the creativity of designers and imposes rigid choices to passive consumers. We envision a better communication between all the actors of product design, as well as a more efficient and conscious design process.

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working sales professional to join our team and be an actor of our
product take-off. The position will involve the following activities:
● Research, approach and acquire potential customers
● Maintain and develop customers portfolio
● Deal with all sales and service related customer requests
● Communicate, promote, support and monitor sales campaigns
● Organize sales meetings, sales trips and events
● Prepare sales materials (reports, presentations, letters, invitations, etc) to support ShapeDiver’s team

We expect many challenges when entering the market and growing the customer portfolio. This will not be a piece of cake! Here are some of the qualities we think are necessary:

● Alignment with our values and our vision
● Previous experience in sales (marketing is a plus)
● Good understanding of online and 3D technologies (technical background is a plus)
● Motivation to be part of a startup success
● Perseverance
● Initiative / self-management
● Good people skills (value customer relationship, team-oriented)
● Native language skills in German or English (French or Spanish are a plus)
● Down-to-earth and flexible business approach
