    As a Sales & Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Commercial team. You will be directly responsible to develop your region by establishing, building and maintaining good relationships between our key partners and our company.

    You will also be responsible for scouting the most highly regarded brands, stores and restaurants in your region to ensure the best content and UX to our customers.

    Be a part of a team where:

    • You will Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio.
    • Meet with clients regularly to build strong commercial relationships.
    • Manage each assigned partner through regular contact by telephone, email, face to face partner review/re-sign meetings.
    • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation and ensure operational excellence.
    • Be responsible for the entire sales process with new partners to source and negotiate the best products in your city to deliver to our customers.
    • Identify the most trendy establishments in your cities in categories such as restaurants and snacks.
    • Meet your Sales, Business and Operational quarterly targets defined by the company.

    You Have:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and direct sales/new business development (preferably in tech startups, consulting, FMCG, etc).
    • Great communication skills; fluency in Italian and English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
    • Results-driven attitude, strategic thinking, strong leadership and business acumen.
    • Sales hunger! You may never take a no for an answer.
    • Analytical profile with experience in business development and negotiations.
    • Readiness to get your hands dirty, because you will have to “roll up your sleeves”!
