(Remote) Developer – Web Application

    Soon Published: August 2, 2018

A scheduling application for modern teams - soonapp.io

Soon is a single-page web app written in ReactJS. It's powered by a GraphQL server to communicate with the database (MySQL), and a NodeJS server to communicate between the GraphQL server and Apollo in the front-end. Soon also employs a few Serverless functions for specific tasks.

We want to expand our team with motivated developers who are happy to work with the technologies described above. Since they are quite new, it's fine if you are skilled in similar technologies, but are willing to learn.

However, it's really preferred if you are interested and skilled in ReactJS, since this is the basis of our frontend.

    Good understanding of JavaScript
    React is a must
Knowledge of Apollo & Graphql are preferred
    NodeJS would be great
    Jest would be great
    Eager to learn
Able to work in a remote team
    Discipline and strong work ethic
Can ocassionaly work at night and sync with European timezone (CEST - Amsterdam)

    Tools and services we use:
Not essential to have experience with any of these but so you have an understanding of our stack and what we work with:
    Bitbucket / Github
    Prisma - https://app.prisma.io/ (GraphQL)

    We are looking for:
    A motivated developer

Bring your own computer - Mac/Windows/Linux all is good
Please provide a Github profile or portfolio site with some examples of what you worked on. If you don't have any, please describe your work experience.
