You'll enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to remote working too, coming into our Rotherham hub to catch up and collaborate two days a week, and working with us digitally from the comfort of your own home three days a week. Our salary starts at £30,600, in addition you'll receive a contribution to help you save for retirement. What you'll do: All businesses need partners. People who know their business inside out and can be relied upon to support them through the good times, and the challenging times too. And when you join us as a Relationship Manager, you'll be the person our customers turn to for support with their business goals and needs. From entrepreneurs and small businesses all the way through to large corporate organisations and multi-nationals, you'll be supporting our Lombard customers manage their day-to-day business activity and plan for the future. Whether it's over the phone or through one of our digital channels, you'll be there to listen to their concerns, champion their ambitions and guide them to the products and services that best suit their needs.

 

You'll also be: Building rapport and trust with your customers to nurture long-lasting relationships with them. Developing a deep understanding of their needs to help them make smart decisions and offer them the right products and services. Proactively finding ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction you have. Supporting customers who might be experiencing financial difficulty to regain their financial wellbeing. Helping us deliver sustainable growth through customer referrals and repeat business. Collaborating with your team to evaluate our products and services and make sure they're meeting the evolving needs of our customers.

 

The skills you'll need: While a background in customer service is important, it's your soft skills and your unwavering customer focus that will really underpin your success in this role. You'll share our passion for championing potential, and you'll demonstrate this through a genuine desire to get to know your customers and help them - and the people around you - to achieve their goals. You'll be a real team player too, with an affinity for putting your customers and colleagues at ease by being approachable, inviting and inclusive of other people and their ideas.
