Harvest Medicine, VIVO's patient-centric, scalable network of medical cannabis clinics, has serviced over 150,000 patient visits. VIVO is pursuing several partnership and product development opportunities and is focusing its international efforts on Germany and Australia.

     

    Position Overview

    Beacon Medical Germany GmbH, the German subsidiary of VIVO Cannabis Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager who will act as the central function for all quality management activities. The Quality Manager is responsible for the operationalisation, controlling and development of the quality management system and the execution of all relevant activities in the context of the German drug law and GMP/GDP.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparation of applications and assessment of licences and certifications
    • Continouus review and developmentof the quality management system
    • Preparation of SOP’s, instructions, templates and other quality documents
    • Qualification of suppliers and external service providers (definition of requirements, audits, contract management and ongoing monitoring)
    • Evaluation of customers and clients
    • Development and processing of QM activities:
      • Changes and change management
      • Preparation and execution of CAPA’s
      • Validation and verification of the effectiveness of activities and processes
      • Controlling of documents and documentations
      • Self-inspections
      • Stability data analysis and management
      • Preparation of specifications
      • Point of contact for supplier, customer and authority audits

     

    Requirements

    • Master degree, ideally pharmaceutical sciences. Alternatively, chemistry, biology, biosciences, biotechnology, food technology etc
    • Basic knowledge of relevant pharmaceuticals laws and regulations of Germany and the EU in the areas of „AMG/Drug Law“, „AMWHV“, „EU-GMP“, EU-GDP
    • High level of commitment, personal integrity and reliability
    • Expertise and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of quality management, production or quality control
    • Communicative personality with a hands-on solution oriented mindset and business approach
    • High level of self-organisation and intrinsic personal motivation
    • Structured and analytical day to day work approach
    • English language and writing proficiency
    • Readiness for ongoing personal and expertise development
    • Business travel
