Suvera is a digital health start-up on a mission to keep people in good health and were looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to help usestablish and maintain our quality management system.

This is a new role in the team and the workwill bewide-ranging and encompass audits, care team task management, reviewing workflows and processes and continuously feeding back and improving ways of working as required.

This is an important role that will ensure patients can trust Suvera to deliver vital health services.While you will start as an individual contributor, you will work in a collaborative teamalongside two compliance associates and report to the Head of Care Compliance.

Your principal areas of responsibility are 

Quality Management System (QMS) :

  • Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System to document and manage quality policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with the care compliance associates to integrate outcome of clinical audit into quality assurance processes
  • Ensuring that quality considerations are integrated into project plans and workflows.

Documentation and Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to quality processes, results, feedback loops and compliance activities.
  • Prepare and present reports to management
  • Investigate and analyse the root causes of quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback from quality metrics.
  • Implement actions to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Training and Development :

  • Provide training to staff on quality standards, internal processes and procedures, and nationally accepted best practice.
  • Foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech and design to ensure a holistic approach to quality assurance.

Were looking for someone who ?

Should have :

  • Minimum of two years experience managing Quality Assurance within a business, preferably in a fast-paced technology company or startup.
  • Experience managing individuals in a Quality Assurance team
  • Experience of data collection and audits
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be very comfortable learning & managing new technology platform

Nice to haves :

  • Worked in Digital health
  • Experience of using Incident management system (Jira, Datix etc)
