Scope
As a Quality Assurance engineer, you define, produce and execute software validation tests for PPaaS
You review the specifications, qualify and evaluate new software version, and recommend improvement if required. You assist development team in a debugging effort, you accompany and help the local support and R&D team in customers troubleshooting analysis.
Responsibilities:
- You contribute to the product definition with being involved in the specification stages. You assess the testability upstream.
- You are in charge of the content. You participate to the test strategy and translate it into test plan
- You are also responsible of the container. you define and implement automation .
- You test. You write tests cases, develop them and run tests.
- You take part in the analysis and debug phases. You invest. You defy. You share and discuss about your discoveries with your fellow developers.
- you submit all forms of improvement (technical, technological or functional) since the product that you are testing is somewhat yours
Experience / Skills:
You have a significant experience in Quality Assurance and you can demonstrate strong technical and functional background in :
- Collaborative Work (Atlassian / Jira-Confluence or equivalent)
- Test planning (XRay, Testlink or equivalent)
- Front end testing (Sélénium, Cypress or equivalent)
- Back testing (Postman or Insomnia, RestAssured or equivalent)
- Programming and Testing (JavaScript (TypeScript) or Java or Python, etc...).
You speak English fluently
ISTQB certification is a nice plus to have
