Property Investment Consultant – Liverpool Based

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Property Investment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Liverpool property market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and tailored investment strategies to the Total Property Group clients
• Conduct detailed market research with a focus on Liverpool and the surrounding areas
• Source and present high-quality investment opportunities
• Build and manage a portfolio of investors and maintain regular communication
• Support clients through the buying process from enquiry to completion
• Collaborate with our marketing, legal, and property management teams to ensure a smooth client journey
• Attend networking events and viewings when necessary

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in property investment, real estate sales, or a similar advisory role
• In-depth knowledge of the Liverpool property market and key investment areas
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
• Familiarity with property sourcing, due diligence, and market analytics
• A valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
