YOUR ROLE

Join our Technology Development team as a Project Manager, where you'll hold a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful execution of a highly complex and interdisciplinary product development project. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll collaborate closely with both internal and external development teams to ensure seamless alignment with our approved plan. Your knack for identifying risks, deviations, and obstacles will empower us to make informed decisions, while your proactive recommendations will keep our plans agile and responsive. Working alongside project leads, you'll facilitate the streamlined flow of information, ensuring a collaborative and efficient environment.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated expertise (+5yr) in successfully managing intricate product development projects, preferably within the life science industry.
  • Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills across disciplines and with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, deviation management, and creative problem-solving
  • Comprehensive grasp of technical development at a high level; capable of following technical discussions and understanding their implications on the project plan.
  • Expertise in cultivating constructive collaboration among teams and external partners.
  • Skilled in presenting intricate data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Committed to thorough planning, seamless execution, and continuous enhancement.
  • Exceptional organizational prowess and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

The role offers an initial gross annual salary of €65,000, with the potential for adjustment based on skillset and experience.
