The challenge

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BScBA) program is offered in the two campuses of Nyenrode : Breukelen and Amsterdam.

The BScBA program was set up in 2016 and has also been offered at the Amsterdam campus since September 2020.

The Amsterdam campus also houses the full-time MBA, full-time Master of Science in Management and Executive Education programs.

In addition, it is home to a vibrant incubator community with start-ups. Amsterdam is a small-scale campus with approx. 300 students and there is an open, creative, and international atmosphere.

There is a lot of personal attention to the development of the students, the team, and the staff.

The 3-year BScBA program is on the threshold of major new developments such as rapidly growing student numbers, further internationalization and working towards upcoming accreditations.

We are now in a phase where we are going to give the original program a solid foundation.

The quality and continuity of the BScBA program lie in your hands as Program Manager.

You monitor the program content and work closely together with lecturers, the Head of Program Management, the other BScBA Program Managers and the Program Coordinators.

You are the first point of contact for lecturers concerning all educational aspects. Together with the team you ensure

Flawless execution of the program.

In this function, you combine a business setting with a heart for people. You develop, organize, and improve the program and you ensure an overall monitoring and control of the long-term and short-term quality, continuity, and results of the program.

For the improvement and development of the program, you respond to market demands through evaluations and interviews. You also play an essential role in the marketing and recruitment of the program.

Tasks Program Manager BScBA :

  • Alignment of the BScBA curriculum with faculty. Embedding clear learning objectives throughout the curriculum and arranging the alignment of different courses within the curriculum.
  • The advisory and management of budgeting, curriculum development and innovation, in close cooperation with the Head of Program Management.
  • Support the realization of the strategic goals of the program.
  • Advising the Head of Program Management on the content, quality, and organization of the program.
  • Organization of the BScBA program in Amsterdam within a multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with the Program Coordinators, the other Program Managers, and the Head of Program Management, to run the program smoothly.
  • Continuous improvement of the daily operational processes.
  • Cooperation with marketing and recruitment and interviewing potential students.
  • Preparation of various national and international accreditations and contribution to AOL.

The Nyenrode team in Amsterdam is a professional and close-knit team (20-25 employees) where colleagues work closely together to provide good content for the courses, programs, and the Amsterdam Nyenrode Experience.

We work in Amsterdam in a transparent and agile manner and form pools, allowing employees to take over each other’s work at peak times or when a colleague is absent.

You are precise in what you do, and you enjoy dealing with a detailed administration. You clearly communicate with lecturers, students, and colleagues and to be strict when necessary.?

You are smart, flexible (also in working hours), enthusiastic and you have a go for it’ attitude. You show ownership, you come up with solutions for issues yourself and advise pro-actively.

You are an excellent and open communicator and a team player. You can motivate and inspire others. You are service and result oriented, reliable and integer.

You flourish in a culturally diverse and dynamic working environment with highly educated professionals and high demands in which you remain standing firmly.

An excellent command of the English language, in addition to command of the Dutch language, is of great importance.

  • A gross salary between €2.904, - and €4.605, - depending on your seniority and work experience, in the case of full-time employment (Scale 10)

  • € 850 to be spend with Cool blue to facilitate a home office
  • Reimbursements for, internet, working from home, travel allowance
