ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Program Communications Officer to join our comms team.

You will be supporting the teams delivering INCO’s programs on the ground by helping them shape and rollout impactful communications campaigns (social media, PR, events).

You will play a pivotal role in the success of our programs by helping us expand our capacity to reach out to the communities that we serve.

Online sourcing campaigns to recruit program beneficiaries :

  • Every year, INCO’s programs provide support to tens of thousands of jobseekers and entrepreneurs located in over 100 countries around the world.
  • You will be in charge of developing and rolling out the online sourcing strategies and campaigns that drive applications to our programs from our target audience.

Advocacy campaigns to amplify the impact of our programs :

  • Develop creative and impactful campaigns that highlight the successes and human impact stories from our programs around the world.
  • Produce high-quality content for our social media (video, blogposts, announcements, etc.)

Event planning :

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of a diverse range of program-related events, from beneficiary meet-ups to startup demo days.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth and successful events.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

  • 5 years of experience in a communications role in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful online and offline communications campaigns.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Native-level English is essential. French is a strong plus, but not required.
