Description
To support our international growth, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Marketing team in our offices in Barcelona.
What will you do:
Manage the Full lifecycle product management (from concept development to tactical execution). Working closely with Operations and Manufacturing to execute, deliver and improve the product.
Monitor the KPIs and understand the product performance. Follow closely the market and competitors and propose product improvements based on solid data and market perspectives.
Provide leadership to the Marketing and Sales teams so the products can be launched with maximum effectiveness.
Act as the point of executive decision, support and escalation for the products in scope, pro-actively ensuring optimal service, regular and effective communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead the content strategy. Stay on top of the design trends and work with graphic designers to develop amazing content for our products.
Create and manage site merchandising plans that support the company strategy: new product launches, cross-channel promotions, special events etc.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in an international e-commerce environment (previous focus on content or product management is a plus).
Bachelor degree in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
Proficient in English.
Project management experience, leading a team to hit deadlines.
