Mission Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
You will collect and gather customer feedback
You will work in close collaboration with the tech team to develop new features and improve customer experience
You will help improve our delivery process
You will work closely with the sales team in order to understand market needs and launch new products or features
Profile
- 2-5 years in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong interest for climate change and climate related issues
- Comfortable in a fast-paced moving workplace
