Due to our presence in multiple European sites this position is open throughout the Europe in the following countries : France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, Holland, Poland Portugal, Czech Republic, & United Kingdom.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to work with our 3rd Party Partners to help build and scale PPaaS’ partner ecosystem.

PPaaS is a suite of payment and commerce services combining proprietary solutions with third-party applications powered by Service Partners from which Clients can pick and choose what they need to enhance their own merchant proposition and then easily integrate these using a single API.

As such, Partners are critical to company success and are at the core of the PPaaS value Proposition.

Our partner ecosystem spans different sales channels and different industries. The partnership product team works on point of sale, ecommerce, mobile, subscription platforms, and more.

We work in different verticals including, but not limited to : retail, hospitality, food & beverage.

You will build & lead a team of few product managers to collaborate with partners to develop a robust PPaaS integration while establishing a full featured and optimized Client engagement process.

Your team will work closely with our commercial partnerships team to identify, develop, cultivate, and maintain PPaaS strategic partnerships.

Your team will lead the use case refinement and define value proposition of the different product categories of our services catalogue and will translate these into powerful API or Portals requirements.

You will be in charge of the backlog prioritization of all partners related features to ensure the best experience for Partners to sign in and publish their services in PPaaS as well as the smooth consumption of these services by PPaaS Clients

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Be in charge of scaling PPaaS Partners’ ecosystem and PPaaS catalogue of services.
  • Manage a team of Partners Product Managers
  • Define, operationalize, and maintain partner integrations Journey to enable fast and easy access for Partners to use PPaaS global solutions (Partners Portal, Customer Journey, Service Publishing)
  • Take care of the integration design : define in close collaboration with Technology team the best integration model allowing Partners to Integration out ensuring Self-serve integration and quality of their integration to ours;
  • Ensure PPaaS catalogue relevance and own its market fit.
  • Define PPaaS Partner segmentation strategy
  • Define and own Partners’ Services Subscription Journey allowing PPaaS Direct client to easily select and provision partners’ services on their devices.
  • Work in tandem with PPaaS commercial partner team members to be the partner’s PPaaS product expert and authority.
  • Identify, share, and implement best practices for partner engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with partner’s internal stakeholders to ensure integration is full featured and up to date
  • Lead knowledge sharing of partnership to the rest of the PPaaS organization including partner profile, features, onboarding, implementation processes, etc.
  • Work with the PPaaS Product organization to distribute new features and functionality to the partner ecosystem
  • Attend industry and partner meetings and conferences

Profile

  • 8+ years work experience in the payments industry (domestic / international) and / or product partnerships and a direct experience working in Partnerships / Channel with point of sale or ecommerce platforms
  • Experience in scaling a partner ecosystem
  • Experience with APIs and System Integration
  • Seeing projects through from beginning to end, owning the entire process
  • Demonstrate strong product instincts and ability to ingest a lot of complexity and then find a path of clarity through that
  • Good ability to come up with pragmatic and practical solutions to complex integration problems
  • Knowledgeable of unified / omnichannel customer journeys and its enablement
  • Strong management skills
  • Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
