Product Manager

Hi! We are Trucksters (http : / / trucksters.io / ), a rising star(tup) in the brand new digital tech-logistics field and we need you to help us shape the future of long-distance road freight!

We are looking for you! A Product Manager to join our Product team.

What will you be working at in Trucksters on a daily basis?

• Be responsible for the creation of the standards, tools, guidelines and operations processes alongside the operations business unit
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
• Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop, implement and maintain a performance measurement and reporting system.
• Work closely with Product Development to create new features that will help our operational team
• Prepare communication to Operators and local Teams related to changes and improvements related to the processes
• Promote a process-based, customer-focused and performance-driven culture throughout the organization.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

Job Requirements

You may be a good fit if you...

• 1 years of experience in the transport or logistics business
• 3 years of experience working in analytical environments , specifically close to technology solutions (you are or you have worked with developers, data scientists, and product managers )
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• English proficiency is a must and any other EU language is a plus
• You have done some code in your life, any language
• Project management / coordination skills. Familiar with tools like Jira and Whimsical .
• Data-driven and result oriented. You have experience gathering data using SQL and analyzing it with visual analytics platforms like Tableau .
• You’re familiar with user behavior tools like hotjar or google analytics.
• Capacity to identify the things that really move the needle
• Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude

Also, it would be great if you...

• Data-driven with a high analytical approach and result oriented
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
