About the role :

  • We’re looking for our first Product Designer to own the company’s brand & experience in every aspect of the business, not just the product.
  • Your first mission is to build a strong visual identity for Prediko and transmit it to our customers through our products.
  • You’ll then grow in the next 6-12 months to cover more areas of design like brand design and user research

Responsibilities

  • Work (80% of your time) to make Prediko's platform easy to use and efficient
  • Contribute to other projects (20% of your time) such as company website, marketing materials (prints & digital)
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to create design assets
  • Create low fed wireframes & high fidelity mockups for products / features we have to implement
  • Define & maintain a company wide design style guide applicable to all formats
  • You know how to justify design-decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data and / or clients feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field, or equivalent past work experience
  • You’ve designed web applications and worked on complex design problems data product is a plus!
  • You’re customer-centric and base your designs off of customer needs you collect via user research & data analytics
  • You’ve had significant & quantifiable impacts on the user experience of products you’ve worked on
  • You value simplicity, iteration, and moving fast
  • You have 3+ years of product design experience
  • You are fluent in English (must have)
