Product Designer

This role is on-site in London. Flexibility is available based on experience

As the first product designer hire, this role requires hands-on execution and in-depth knowledge of the product and our customers.

It is an in-office role in London. As an early-stage startup, you will be part of a growing team that succeeds through hustle, collaboration, and constant improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design and UX of the Coram app on browser and mobile
• Build the design system and components
• Work with product teams on improving our app designs and usability, and work with engineers as they deliver these changes.
• Continuously test the app, and find places it doesn’t match the design and drive alignment

Skills and Qualifications:

• A fantastic taste for good design
• High sense of urgency and drive
• Experience of having shipped a product where you were the primary owner and decision maker in the product design
• Your stakeholders will be in California (product and sales team) and London (engineers), so you need to be flexible to get enough overlap with both teams every day.
