YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based on global brand plans, derive annual marketing plans for national implementation and coordinate strategic product launches with the region and national sales teams
  • Plan and implement ongoing product launches, redesigns and limited editions in collaboration with global brand teams and national sales teams
  • Proactive adaptation of pack designs according to national regulations and our internal guidelines
  • Monthly analysis of national and regional market data, evaluation of market research results and definition of portfolio key performance indicators for sales optimization independently
  • Responsibility for the design and implementation of all sales promotion measures, from the concept to the implementation of the final reviewed and internally approved print data and files, including ongoing quality control
  • Quarterly budget planning, ongoing cost control and monthly reporting for all brand and product portfolio investments
  • Leadership and active collaboration with internal experts and external partners, agencies and suppliers, regular quality control and feedback to effectively implement marketing activities

YOUR PROFILE:

We are looking for an ambitious member of our small, fine team; someone who enjoys driving projects and tasks forward independently and is not afraid to address problems and sort them out together with the team; someone who always sees the glass half full instead of half empty and enjoys solving complex tasks.

  • A completed master’s degree with a focus on management, marketing, innovation management, business education or a similar field is the ideal basis.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing/product/brand management as well as good knowledge of the global consumer goods industry/FMCG experience are an advantage.
  • Team spirit, presentation skills, experience in project management, analytical skills and logical thinking are required.
  • Product Lifecycle Management is not a buzzword for you but an approach to continuously optimize brands and product portfolios.
