MEETING YOUR TEAM

You will work in the Growth team with the Video Marketing Artists, UA Managers and the Marketing Analysts. You will be reporting to the Head of Growth.

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

In this role, you will be a part of the User Acquisition team and will be working on highly scalable mobile apps & games, used by millions of people.

Your goal will be to design short and fun experiences, making the user want to download the real app. 

The team you will be in has complete ownership of the projects.

  • Develop the playable from scratch with C# in Unity,
  • Create many variants of your playable to test different scenarios,
  • Ability to understand the data we receive from users to improve the playable you create and find the one that will scale,
  • Benchmark competing ads, trends and share knowledge with the team,
  • Continuous research of new creative directions for playable ads.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous work experience with Unity 3D,
  • Adequate knowledge of Objects Oriented Programming,
  • Technical knowledge of mobile App or game development with 3D and 2D graphics,
  • Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills,
  • Solid knowledge of the basic principles of video games and marketing,
  • Strong creativity and hacker mindset,
  • Ability to step back from your work to learn from its performances and improve the playable experiences you create,
  • Either Native French speaker with excellent English or Fluent in English and willing to learn French (as the position is based in Paris).

Even better if you have:

  • Previous working experience in a startup environment,
  • Tracked record with successful mobile apps and/or games,
  • Good knowledge of mobile gaming and/or apps,
  • Previous experience in playable development.
